    Trade and commerce increase in the Europe during the Middle ages caused effective development of towns and cities. Medieval cities were made possible because of productivity, trade, exchange of products and money. Most businesses nowadays like companies and banks which store the money made in countries had their fair share of history that rooted in the Middle ages.
