Which most likely happened if the Earth's average global temperature changed to 16°C?

    I would think that the answer would be the first one, because of the ice melt from the glaciers and other sources, the water would reflect the solar energy/radiation a lot better than the soil, which would absorb the solar energy. I'm not entirely sure if this is right, but I think it might be correct.
