    If the compound is 100g

    then 25.96g sulfur, 13.45g oxyegn and 59.59g chlorine.

    sulfur: 25.96g/32.065g/mole=0.809moles

    oxygen: 13.45g/16.0g/mole=0.84moles

    chlorine: 59.59g/35.45g/mole=1.63moles

    1.63:0.81:0.84

    is almost

    2:1:1

    therefore, we can say it is
