A sample originally contained 1.28 g of a radioisotope. It now contains 1.12 g of its daughter isotope.

    IF we are to find the half life of this isotope we need to know the amount of time it took to decay to 1.12g from 1.28g using that information we can use the formula for half life of a radioisotope to get the answer.
