    S = speed

    180/s = 190 / s+2

    180 (s+2) = 190s

    180s + 360 = 190s

    360 = 10s

    s = 360/10 = 36

    Trolley is 36 miles per hour

    Car = 38 miles per hour

    check: trolley: 180/36 = 5 hours, car: 19/38 = 5 hours
