    Isaac wrote the whole three books of his gigantic research on

    Mechanics all in Latin.

    I spent some time online, trying to find what he called the force

    in the original Latin of his books, but I haven't found it yet.

    Every English translation of this important work of Isaac's

    calls it 'gravitation' or 'the forces of gravity'.
