    Explanation:

    Mass wasting does not require a means of transport as its movement is caused solely by gravity. In other words, like all bodies, the disaggregated material of the rock or soil, due to the weathering of the parent rock, undergoes a continuous action of gravity. While non-weathered rock becomes resistant to this constant action, the disaggregated material is more susceptible to gravity. When these materials move towards lower parts, give themselves the name Mass wasting.
