We all know that the conduction of the heat is the transfer by their sensible heat that is produced by the molecular collision, which is the most effective in the solids. People know that air is the poor conductor of the heat.

The sun reflects its radiation as the short of the radiation This is the portion of the energy of the sun that warm the surface of the earth. The earth reflects its heat in the form of long radiation.

It's most radiation, radiates its back to the surface where it warms the whole surface. The average temperature of the earth's surface and environment remains constant. It is still a constant year back year.
