A 25kg mass or a 30kg mass at the top of a hill has more potential energy

Potential energy at any height is proportional to mass.

So the bigger mass at the same place as the smaller mass

has more of it. That's why, if you drop a big rock and a small

rock onto something, the big rock does more damage.
