Do you agree with the following quote from John Locke? The contract between ruler and ruled could not limit the individual's natural entitlement to enjoy life, political equality, and the ownership of property. " Why or why not? Explain whether you believe Locke was right or wrong. Give an example to defend your opinion.

    I agree with John Locke. The contract between the ruler and ruled should not infringe on the basic rights of the individual. This is because these rights are natural and should not be denied by any government. For example, denying people the right to own property denies them the ability to pursue their dreams and live meaningful lives
