Are the rights guaranteed by the bill of rights that cannot be taken away by law.

    There is no law that can take away your rights. The only way you lose your rights is if you were sent to prison or jail. That's when you sign a contract to give away your rights during the time you're serving, even then when you finally get out, not all your rights are given to you back
